Raglan Infrastructure Ltd. is undertaking the construction of project “Gulmohar City Extension” in the vicinity of earlier project Gulmohar City, adjacent to Ambala Chandigarh Highway at Derabassi. 60% of the total area is an open space in the shape of well developed parks, parking area, roads etc.

Hotel Ridotto and Roundlet Mall , Near Chandigarh

It has been named as ‘RIDOTTO HOTEL & ROUNDLET MALL' Ridotto means entertainment, so this property will be providing entertainment to all kind of people and for all age group. The hotel will  have 80 rooms with all the modern day comforts and facilities. All the rooms will be centrally air-conditioned equipped with ‘DD & Satellite television, ultra modern banqueting & conferencing facilities to ensure that all business needs are met. Other services and facilities include: 24 hours room service, laundry, and travel desk.

Circular Arcade – Commercial Complex

The Company is starting its project named Circular Arcade – Commercial Complex in Zirakpur. This is a circular building. Company is planning to convert its 8000 sq.ft. area into a restaurant and a super market complex , which will be managed and marketed through a tie up with one of the international chains. All the statutory approvals from the concerned departments have already been taken for this project.

Past Projects

Gulmohar Complex

The final approval for Gulmohar Complex was accorded to RIL in May 2001 and the construction was started for 18 Nos. independent duplex houses totally new concept in the Chandigarh Periphery. The project was started by Oct 2001 and the possessions were given by May 2002 and all the registrations have been done in the name of the owners. There has been no time and cost over run in the project by the company.
