Gulmohar Block

72 Houses of 1400 Square feet and 12 Houses of 1850 Square feet comprised of marbled rooms, and floored with all the wooden work done. The project was launched on 04 May 2002 and completed in August 2003 in all respect and all the possessions were given.

Gulmohar Avenue

On 29th September 2003 company Launched Gulmohar Avenue a beautiful , fully secured colony comprising of 20 Big houses of 1650 sq feet and 90 houses of 1400 sq. ft. covered area, a park, small commercial complex of 14 shops. 24' to 30' feet wide roads with modern streetlights. Houses comprised of one Drawing Dinning , three Bedrooms with attached toilets and Dressing room with master bedroom and balcony on first floor. All the rooms were marble floored with all the wooden work done.

Gulmohar Trends

The company undertook the construction of 356 apartments on a plot of land which is situated adjoining to the old Kalka-Ambala national highway in neighborhood of the City Beautiful " Chandigarh". The ground coverage is only 47.59% of the total area which provides ample green areas in the complex.
